¼ cup oil
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
Cream above ingredients
1 ½ cup oatmeal
(whole oats better but either will work)
1 tsp. baking powder
½ cup milk
Scoop of protein powder
Mix dry ingredients with creamed ingredients
Bake 20 minutes/stir then bake 10 minutes
350 degrees
(I added 1/2 cup of blueberries and a sprinkle of walnuts)
