The big question is "What is healthy eating?" Is it watching sugar, carbs, fat, is it simply what you eat or how much you eat - both? What if you have already screwed up your metabolism, can you get it to function well again?
I think my original low fat, high carb diet was perhaps the worse. Not only did I not eat fats but what few fats I did include were not good fats (because at the time NO fat was thought to be good) but to top that off, the carbs I ate were not WHOLE GRAIN carbs
Not a great plan - eat terrible fat and poor quality carbs sound like a recipe for disaster.
But times are changing!
